When I order my food in this setting, I’d like to watch the people make my meal and then pay for it at the end. The store is super in efficient and has you going we’re past the food to order and then every time I get my order, it is all wrong because I’m not able to what I want. ### 3/5 — Suggestion for Mac ‘n Cheese *2023-05-31* Suggestion: Have the vegan mac ‘n cheese as an option under “Sides.” Currently, we can only order it through the kids’ menu, which forces anyone who wants to order it to also get and pay for a sugary drink. In the store, we have the option of ordering mac ‘n cheese (vegan and non-vegan) in two sizes ala carte. The app needs to do the same and place mac ‘n cheese under “Sides.” ### 4/5 — Adore the food! The app is easy to order but the curbside pickup instructions could be updated. You can’t just repeat a favorite order. Half the time it deletes your order part way through. Then, the email confirmation said it would be ready by 2:19 PM. After all was said and done, 2:20 pm came around and the food wasn’t ready so I asked the staff. They hadn’t even started working on it yet. So, I just had to keep waiting. In the meantime, many customers were coming in and ordering on the spot and getting their food while I was waiting That is a lot of time to wait and it’s not fair that other people ordered literally 30 min+ after me and still got their food before me! On top of that, the actual restaurant was full of people not wearing masks and not social distancing. The ordering process on this app is terrible. If you must eat here, I suggest skipping the app and ordering in-person. Then when I went to pay with Apple Pay I press the button like 10 times and I would never would complete the payment. I tried to add a credit card and that also would not save. You can go back and try again… and again… and again. I tried this for 15 minutes to save 20%, but ended up frustrated and back online. I deleted the app, downloaded it back and nothing will work. It’s making me lose my rewards points and is very irritating. I’m very turned off by these type of dishonest marketing practices and likely won’t order from this restaurant. ### 1/5 — Disconnected Experience *2021-08-14, version 3.11.701* The app seemed to have worked easy enough. We placed an order and were notified to that curbside pickup would be ready in 15-20 minutes. The status stayed in the initial ‘preparing order’ stage for 25 min. We wait in our car and try to call the restaurant and just get a message that they are busy helping other customers and to call back. So we do…several times. Same thing over and over again. They must be slammed! The status on the app never changes. After 20 minutes of waiting - 40 minutes since we placed the order we turn off the car, take the baby out of the car seat, walk in the restaurant to talk to someone. We expect to see a flurry of customers or an understaffed kitchen. Instead there is one customer inside with five employees twiddling their thumbs. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Our order is sitting there with the description of our vehicle on the receipt. Why are they not taking it out to the car…curbside as selected? Why are they not answering their phones? Why is no one doing anything? And then not even a sorry or admission of fault from the ‘manager’ at the kitchen. Can’t imagine using the app again or even returning- such a disconnected business. They don’t seem to understand how to use old technology (phones) let alone new technology (apps). ### 1/5 — Apps still need the staff to be on top of orders. *2021-07-25, version 3.11.701* Placed an order, app was great till the crew didn’t send the update that the order was read for pickup, our food sat for almost an hour. Drove down to see what was going on and there it was, ready for pickup and no notification one hour after it was ready. Also tried to call the restaurant, no one picked up after several attempts. I hopped in there to see that my order had been sitting there on the counter but they weren’t willing to give it to me for reasons I could not understand. Then they weren’t willing to give me my money back or anything. So I walked out without getting the order I had been waiting for...and I paid for it. Then I call their number and they were refusing to help make it right or get me to a manager. It makes me verify my account every time but only sends me the token occasionally. Makes me sign in AGAIN when it's time to pay even though I'm already signed in! I have more than enough points for my order but the option to redeem at checkout does not exist for me. However it takes me a long time to wait in the restaraunt. They have increasing their earning potential from people like like crazy because i can place an order on my lunch break before it starts and leave and be back in time because of curbside pickup. Their food is clean, amazing, and affordable. I love all of it, and they do really well with their vegan stuff. The app makes it even more accessible and I truly appreciate the investment on their part. It’s amazing and functions a really well, even aesthetically pleasing.
