Useless. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2018-03-14, version 4.3.4* Just downloaded the app. It doesn’t accept my login details even though I can see on the website and it’s correct just says invalid. I see nothing when I click on the menu option. ### 1/5 — Great app, poor service *2018-02-21, version 4.3.4* Unable to drive due to injury and rely on public transport. When you ring up to ask where cab is they tell you there are delays. Just had an appalling experience. The taxi driver assigned to collect me called 7 minutes before the booking time to tell me off because she had tried to call me and I hadn't answered (was already on a call) so she had cancelled my booking. I then called customer service who said that another driver had been assigned to collect me. I found the other taxi driver and asked to speak to someone about this experience. The guy who I spoke to, Murray, was disinterested and defensive. So I ended the call - he was clearly not listening Don't use this app, or this company. I will be deleting this app from my phone. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2014-10-29, version 2.1.3* The apps iHail feature detects where I am but there's no where else to go after that. What's the point of it?! ### 1/5 — Could not connect to server *2014-03-12, version 2.1.3* Tried to register. After entering info, error could not connect to server. It will not allow us to write number 7 into the address bar. The map shows a number 7 written on our house and the only options when we click on the map over our house are 1, 6, 8 and 9. Two of which are on the other side of the street! This is INCREDIBLY frustrating and means we can never use the app as cars go to the incorrect address. When we call and book the taxis are frequently dispatched to the wrong house - or even to a street with a similar name that is 1km away. Google and Apple maps know our address. The national address finder knows our address. It is only this taxi app that insists we do not exist. ### 1/5 — Absolute rubbish *2024-06-28, version 6.3.2* Difficult to use. Difficult to book. When we finally did get a confirmed booking for future date, the booking will not show in app. It showed a cancelled booking and advised that there was one more booking but didn’t allow any way to view it. Entered 2 valid credit cards. Both came up with ‘card failed’. Logged in to app on another device to see if we could see the booking on there. But the ‘bookings’ menu item doesn’t even display in the dropdown when viewed on iPad!! Total joke and waste of time. Had to call the call center to check if the booking still existed. Then cancelled it as there was no way to confirm via app that we would ever get picked up. ### 1/5 — Won’t accept card *2024-04-11, version 6.3.2* Refused to accept either Mastercard or visa. Scanning didn’t help either. Hopeless. ### 1/5 — Address search not working *2021-07-09, version 4.6.2* Website search was not working (error message), so thought I’d try the app. App address search not working either. Sigh. How can coop survive with such a poor user experience. ### 1/5 — Can’t login - not functional *2020-02-20* I’ve used the app for a fair while, and I think it may have just recently updated. My existing login wasn’t accepted. Sending a password reset email failed (error) And signing up again with a new email failed too. A pity, I like Co-Op taxis. ### 1/5 — Poor and false advertising *2019-04-19, version 4.6.2* App lets you book for more than 4 passenger vehicle, states that it is booked. We booked over an hour before. Waited outside for taxi to airport. No taxi turned up. Rang operator, they could see the booking. Said oh, the app does not connect to the taxi vans.....aargh. We’ll send two taxis. About 6-7 mins. One arrives. 2nd one not there after another 5mins. Ph call to operator. They are nearly there .... how many minutes..., 7-10....,, Why are you losing the taxi market???? ### 1/5 — Does not work *2018-11-27, version 4.6.2* Much of the functionality in the screenshots isn’t displaying on my phone - even though it says it supports my phone and the OS is up to date - no feedback to assist or check set up. Off to Uber I go? ### 1/5 — Couldn't register *2018-07-22, version 4.3.4* Couldn't register with Facebook login, wouldn't accept code that was texted. Couldn't register with email, kept saying I needed to verify email (no email received, checked junk). Simple UI and common sense functionality - incorporate credit card payment into it and blamo! Good job. ### 2/5 — Two from two and the app hasn't worked well *2019-07-22, version 4.6.2* Ok so I got to my location with my cab each time. But have had issues each time. I chose this company because of the perceived reliability. The first time the driver didn't know how to use the app and charged me twice which took weeks and multiple follow ups before I was refunded. The second time after using the 'security code' the driver then got out a log book and started writing all the details down. I thought the point of the app might be to avoid paperwork and writing notes and streamline the user experience. This was not the case! When I asked about the receipt it could not be produced. After a few minutes more of faffing around I got an email receipt but the driver didn't know this was the process and I had lost confidence by this stage. I'll go back to Uber or Ola or Zoomy. ### 2/5 — Connection *2018-06-04, version 4.3.4* Seems to require WiFi. Would not connect on 4G. On a rainy night I tried I ihail to book a $15 fare for over 40 mins. Each time they accepted they would ring then cancel as it was a short trip.
