Most of the time I only found out I was logged out when pick or borrow books in the libraries. I then have to talk to the librarians . This has completely defect the purpose of having the app. However give it 2 star as when it works it really nice to have ### 2/5 — Shocking slow *2020-12-07, version 10.0.17* In this day & age to have an app that is so slow is very frustratating. Info access is reasonably good. ### 2/5 — Was excellent - currently terrible *2019-09-02, version 10.0.5* This used to be a great app that I used every couple of days. Ever since the update in mid 2019 it has timed out constantly. I really like the barcode feature especially when I forget my card at home! Lots of glitches, long cycling time, times out, unresponsive. Badly needs a tune up. I hate that I have to filter through a dozen “digital copies, audiobook, CD guides” and other nonsense before I find the regular book I want. It would be cool to filter out all that noise. Plus it’s really slow to use. To go to anything other than borrowing books it takes you to the website where you have to log in again. Poor tech support - whoever maintains it doesn’t care much. It meets the objective of being purely functional and delivering great performance without unnecessary bells, whistles and imagery. It directs to solid curated news for all as opposed to instant gratification of social media. Access to Pressreader, ebooks, on line videos and documentary for free, order books on line, with link to Libby is brilliant. It is really good to see something clearly well written. It does require following some easy instructions and an AUCKLAND LIBRARY CARD. I recommend picking one up from your local library if you do not have on. Ignore all these 1* troll ratings. A great tonic. ### 5/5 — Love it *2022-11-15, version 2022.1.5* App works perfectly, never had any problems since I started using it in 2018.. great new features lately, easy to find what I need and reserve books or get notified. ### 5/5 — Great app - suggest Wishlist *2019-04-16, version 9.6.4* Love the app. can see all my books out, renew borrowings etc and i’ve discovered magazine online borrowing as well. all great. My request is that you add a Wishlist because when i search for a book, i don’t want to borrow it or request it right then, but would like to come back to the list next time i want to borrow something. at the moment, i make 2-3 requests for new books (which often require waiting a week or six as other users borrow them) but then they all arrive at once and i have to race to read them before their due date! it would be great to see what i Wished for, see how long the wait time is and select accordingly. Finally, how about “UberBoooks”? Pick up my new requests and my returns from home / work, for an extra fee? ### 5/5 — Great app *2017-01-10, version 5.07* Great app! Keep up the good work! ### 5/5 — Possible thing *2015-07-17, version 5.07* You could make the app better by user guide apps like passbook and so you scan your idevice and you can use that instead of a card ### 4/5 — Much needed upgrade *2021-07-22, version 2021.1* The latest upgrade (Jul 2021) is long awaited. The app is a lot faster, more functional and allows users to link multiple accounts. Can the app have an option to display Account info as well to linked accounts.. like I have three kids and two insist on borrowing under their name. To keep track of due dates or holds, i login and out of accounts :) App in itself is cool, hopefully you could consider this addition ;) ### 4/5 — Ak libraries *2015-06-28, version 5.07* Great ap I now use the library heaps more. However it has now a tendency of logging me out frequently, and I then need to enter again my own card detail, as well as each of the linked account.
