When the auctioneer calls sold, the clerk needs a short path from lot to bidder to hammer amount. Auction Clerk Local is designed for fast, simple record entry at live estate sales and consignment auctions, without the clutter of a broad auction platform.

A focused live-auction workflow:
- Register lots before or during the sale
- Confirm bidder number and hammer amount with a two-second entry flow
- Keep the sale record moving with minimal taps
- Preserve corrections as revision entries instead of erasing the earlier record
- Organize results by buyer and by seller
- Generate buyer settlement sheets and statements as PDFs
- Generate seller settlement sheets and statements as PDFs
- Apply user-entered buyer premiums, fees, and tax settings

Records use neutral status language. The app does not label a balance as paid or a seller amount as remitted, leaving payment and transfer confirmation to the auction business and its own procedures.

Important: Auction Clerk Local is a recordkeeping and calculation aid only. Hammer amounts, premiums, fees, quantities, and tax rates are entered, managed, and verified by the user. The user is responsible for tax treatment, payment status, disbursement status, and final settlement review. The app does not establish legal authenticity; provide accounting, tax, or legal advice or professional determinations; or guarantee legal or regulatory compliance.
