Their investigation consisted of a single phone. With no follow up they’re very mean and rude and do not call you back at all. Jacob Stokes needs to be fired he’s is a joke ### 1/5 — Customer service is awful *2024-08-13, version 4.3.2* I don’t know why/who on earth thought is was a great idea to Change from the id cards to this buggy, laggy, and just awfully designed app. I tried logging in when they did the initial switch then the app said I had to call. Waited an hour to get ahold of someone. Then we set up the account. Then turns out they made me a entirely new account and I was not able to enter the auctions that my dealer attended. Called again for this issue and then waited another hour to get someone on the phone. They said I needed to “renew” my membership even though I had done it less then 3 months ago. I paid the registration fee a week ago and still I’m not being able to do any business. why? they state that your account has issues and you have to contact their customer service support. but would they pick up??? i’ve tried tens on time and waited up to 25 minutes during working hours. Nobody is there. Understanding that some processes are easier than others. They’re always willing to help.
