### 1/5 — Inconsistent Bidding

App does not allow for consistent bidding during live auctions, very buggy, it will quickly skip through lots before a bid can be placed, or not submit bids, or freeze. (FYI, this not a user error or connection problem bc when on a desktop there are very few issues). Very frustrating when trying to bid and your bid is prevented bc of the issues with this app. Company should NOT even have an app if they cannot maintain a flow that allows proper bidding from all participants.

### 2/5 — Contact with auction for condition report is buried or hard to find

I have attempted to get a condition report for lot 293 in march 2026, but I can’t send a message via the app or browser…. You have to go to email to request. Should be easier.  I don’t like auctions that bury this in link after link or require you to change to another platform to request “anything”, let alone a condition report
