Contacted Auctiva and they instructed me to delete app and put app on again . That works , however , I have to delete & add app again after about 25 photos . All the unwanted duplicates add up and take up space on my Auctiva plan . They have kept up with technology too. ### 3/5 — Good but needs work *2017-09-10, version 1.4.1* I was so happy to get this app because importing photos to Auctiva has become challenging the way I was doing it before. That being said, this app still needs work. There is no way to delete a photo from the app which is a really basic need. Also, it is extremely helpful for my listing process to have the photos stay in the order in which I take or upload them. They do not stay in order regardless of whether you take the photo in the app or upload it from your library. In addition to that, the app kept duplicating my photos and since you can't delete them needless to say I was on the website having to make all these corrections. Great app and would be fantastic if these issues were fixed. ### 2/5 — Needs a lot of work *2017-09-03, version 1.3.11* While it does work to take quick snaps with your phone that automatically upload onto Auctiva, it's a pain to have to add only one new photo at a time rather than just taking as many as you need without starting the process again for each new photo. Also, when you want to add a photo from your existing gallery, only a handful of photos are available to import into Auctiva. You can't even access your most recent shots. Like you can't just take a bunch of photos with your iPhone camera and then go to auctiva and select them from your gallery. They're not there. ### 5/5 — Perfect for Sellers *2017-08-23, version 1.3.11* This is perfect for me as a eBay seller. I quickly take shots of my merchandise when it arrives and get it into my Auctiva account to link to my listings immediately. I have to keep rebooting the app and then sometimes it works. I have a brand new phone so the problem is not on my end. The order of images is not consistent. You don’t support my images, when I upload them on my computer, but this way isn’t tons better. Lots of multiples as well as failed uploads. ### 2/5 — Doubles. Triples. And now when I try to upload it is only showing 35 photos in my album. Improvements would be when loading pictures in groups they don't always load in order very frustrating if you are doing similar items. Also, you need to go back and move pictures into folders one at a time. Was happy to find that AUCTIVA had an app for that! Was able to quickly and easily load almost 400 pictures into the app, which seamlessly linked with my account on my CPU.
