I’ve been using this app a lot during yoga and meditation, and it’s made such a difference. The relaxation sessions help me reset, one of them has been super helpful while I’ve been working on quitting smoking, and another has been great for sparking creativity on days I feel stuck. Such a good variety— becoming a part of my daily routine and have recommended to a few of my yoga friends!
