Can’t open settings. App will crash 100% of the time. They sound amazing and the battery life is the best (lasts me a whole week with daily listening). The biggest problem is sidetone, it just adds feedback and distortion when it’s on. If I’m having any sound anomalies it’s usually because I accidentally turned on sidetone. Great headphones for movies, music and gaming on my pc! Other than those two things the app appears to function well although the eq preset loading times can be a bit slower than expected for modern systems. Battery meter is nice for the Maxwell, as well as the other available setting available. However, whenever I switch to the EQ view, it briefly shows the controls and then displays a spinner that never goes away. As a software developer that works on world class desktop and mobile apps for professional use, I’d be embarrassed to release something like this and not maintain it properly. It’s not even a complex app. This is some first year CS student level garbage. Start by firing the engineering and product managers. I have to use a pc to update my maxwells, and change eq settings manually. I would expect this on cheap, trashy headphones. Not Audeze headphones. Each app ( there are only two ) corresponds to either the Cipher V1 or V2. If I may make a suggestion though Audeze... Please create a few more presets. Also, An app like these for the Bluetooth Cipher cable would be fantastic. The Bluetooth capability is great, but without EQ settings it kinda feels like the iSines are being nerf’d a little.
