This app is useless now if you’re already an owner. It used to be able to allow you to pay your bill in the app...no more. It seemed to have just disappeared. When I click on “schedule service” it doesn’t even load anymore. Those were the main two things I used now I can’t use either one. I received cars close to me that fit my specs (price, miles, etc). I think at some point a human takes over as I had some pretty specific questions. After a bit I figured it out. Basically you use a bot to get you results and I human assistant helps along the way. True useful at times. Got questions answered.
