This app is useless now if you’re already an owner. It used to be able to allow you to pay your bill in the app...no more. It seemed to have just disappeared. When I click on “schedule service” it doesn’t even load anymore. Those were the main two things I used now I can’t use either one. Please fix. ### 3/5 — Ok *2015-12-30, version 4.4.8* This app is ok. If you get to the “expert” part then it really has some value. I used the ask the expert section. got real answers which was kinda surprising. Answers did not seem to be biased or “pushy”. Would like to see how it works once I’m test driving the car. ### 5/5 — Interesting app flow *2019-11-15, version 6.0* It starts you off in a question flow that is text based to learn what type of a4 you’re shopping for. I received cars close to me that fit my specs (price, miles, etc). I think at some point a human takes over as I had some pretty specific questions. Also had an option to have the a4 shipped directly to me. ### 5/5 — Pretty cool *2019-11-15, version 6.0* I found A4 options nearby The ask the expert part paired me with a human who did a bunch of the research / shopping for me. I like this concept as I don’t want the hassle and haggle game ### 5/5 — Its great at times but could be better *2019-11-15, version 6.0* It was confusing at first on how this app works. After a bit I figured it out. Basically you use a bot to get you results and I human assistant helps along the way. True useful at times. Got questions answered.
