Sometimes I see the Audiio logo on black. But I can never get to the actual UI to view songs ### 2/5 — A lot can happen in a lifetime *2026-03-02, version 1.17* Let’s hope the developers continue to add content, and functionality — Audiio’s lifetime buy-in is a great concept — unless they force you to also purchase add-ons. I bought the lifetime pro for $199, and the app for $99, and the elements for $149. Good organizations do not milk their lifetime members, so for that, you get a solid one star. However, the customer service is quite prompt and thorough, so for that, you get another solid one star. I’ve never seen a company’s business plan like Audiio’s and I think there’s a reason why. The solution? Give your customers the desire to share about Audiio via word of mouth. I promise it would grow many times faster. Why gatekeep an app behind a $99 fee when everyone has a phone — that’s free word of mouth marketing when individuals are using the app on their phone around potential clients. Provide all features of the app to lifetime buyers and be amazed at how much better the app’s ratings become, a happy customer base, and more sales on the site. This is wild and honestly almost meme-status. ### 2/5 — Keeps asking me to pay again *2025-01-25, version 1.14* I’ve had lifetime access to music for quite a while (Really irritating that sfx aren’t included btw). The app just forgets I have a paid access and gives me multiple pop ups to pay again after one download. Your early adopters really dislike being left out. New customers should beware of how Audiio behaves due to this ethos. They “prey” if you will, on unsuspecting creators who paid for access in the past and now have to pay again and again for every small thing they do, including stems, app access, AI features. Stop being for “Exceptional Creators” if trying to profit left and right on big enterprises. It’s frustrating for early users to believe in a company years ago at the very beginning now for them to turn on their earliest users and not care about them and their experience. Everyone should take notice. ### 1/5 — Another money grab from Audiio *2024-12-05, version 1.11* As an early adopter I felt fortunate to be able to purchase for only $199 a lifetime subscription to Audiio. I mistakenly assumed that any enhancements or updates over the course of time would automatically be included in the price that I originally paid. I was sadly Incorrect. A few months later I was offered another opportunity to get a lifetime access to the Sound Effects Library. So I paid another $159 for a lifetime SFX subscription. The available sound effects were a joke, especially when compared to some of the competitors out there offering a similar service for creators. In spite of that, in response to an email that I received today I was offered the opportunity to purchase another lifetime subscription to the Audiio Pro mobile app for $99 and feel I’ve just been grifted. This app is basically nothing more than an interface to the website for which I've already paid. Audiio is just ripping off loyal early subscribers and enough is enough. Thank you for this app. I am used to going to the website whenever I need music; it’s always a fast process of finding what I need.
