Just got the subscription and the generator is giving me problems

Hi, and we're truly sorry about this thank you for reporting it. Noise Sweeper processes your audio entirely on your device (nothing is uploaded), and because it uses heavy on-device AI, iOS pauses the work whenever the app goes to the background for example if the screen locks or you switch apps. That's why you saw the repeated "return to the app to continue" notifications, and why longer clips could fail to finish. What helps right now: start the export, then keep Noise Sweeper open and on-screen until it finishes (it's fine to just watch the progress bar). If your phone auto-locks, that can interrupt it too. This is on us to make clearer, and we're already improving it so processing is more resilient and the guidance is more obvious.
