Bought the premium/ pro subscription less than 15 mins ago and I’m trying to extract the sound out of a video from my project and it’s not able to. Notifications keeps popping up unable to process. A waste of absolute money and I’m highly disappointed I paid

Noise Sweeper processes your audio entirely on your device (nothing is uploaded), and because it uses heavy on-device AI, iOS pauses the work whenever the app goes to the background for example if the screen locks or you switch apps. That's why you saw the repeated "return to the app to continue" notifications, and why longer clips could fail to finish.

What helps right now: start the export, then keep Noise Sweeper open and on-screen until it finishes (it's fine to just watch the progress bar). If your phone auto-locks, that can interrupt it too.
