Go to extract the audio and it acts like it is doing it and then disappears. No extracted file present. So then I go to the menu and there’s no help guide, no links to contact support unless you are able to read Mandarin. The links in the help section don’t work. Yeah don’t waste your time or money. So I Downloaded and cancelled the app after using it a few days. It does not show in my subscriptions but I was just charged $13.83 even though it stated that subscription is $4.99 a month. How do I cancel this without creating a dispute with my Apple Card? **Developer response:** We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. Our app clearly displays all subscription-related information, including the length of the free trial and the price/duration of the subscription after the free trial automatically renews. Our users are notified in advance with fully transparent subscription terms. Please note that subscriptions cannot start without the user’s consent.
