Please reach out to support email for further assistance. ### 1/5 — Does not work and could not get a refund *2024-10-26* Don’t waste your time with this app. No matter what type of video I tried to convert and no matter to what audio format, I always received an error that it didn’t work. I tried to get a refund for my lifetime purchase but I couldn’t get a refund either. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t convert audio files. *2024-03-24* Wanted something I could convert ogg files into wav files for my phone’s sampler app. It doesn’t handle ogg files. Or wav files. Or any audio files. What!? Should probably fix this before I decide $10 is worth gettin mad about. **Developer response:** Hey, guess what? They will Bill you Before the Trial Period Expired *2023-09-03* I downloaded the App to try it before I could buy it, even though the App download flow clearly stated that I was on a trial period and should not have been billed. There is no batch converting. To make it worse I had to drill down to my destination folder for each song!
