## What is Audio Diary & Journal?

When your mind feels cluttered, start by talking it out.

Talklog is a voice journaling app that turns your spoken thoughts into readable text and insightful analysis the moment you stop recording.

Just talk, and your thoughts fall into place

Press record and say whatever comes to mind.
Your words are transcribed on-device and automatically shaped into clear, readable prose — without losing the natural flow of your thoughts. When you read it back, you'll be surprised how much clarity you find.

Your journal is analyzed from six perspectives:

- Highlights — Key takeaways distilled into a concise summary
- Gratitude — Everyday blessings you might have overlooked
- Goals — Intentions and directions hidden in your words
- Growth — Lessons and insights drawn from your experiences
- Ideas — Sparks of inspiration buried in your stream of thought
- Emotional Triggers — What moved you, shown with the emotion and the exact quote

Who it's for

- You want to journal but can't stick with writing
- You need to untangle your thoughts and see them clearly
- Your mind is overloaded with work and life blending together
- You want to understand what truly resonates with you

How it works

1. Press record and speak freely
2. When you stop, auto-formatting and analysis begin instantly
3. Revisit past entries anytime on your timeline

The fog in your mind becomes insight you can read back.
Make Talklog your partner in thinking clearly.

### 3/5 — Eh

*2026-03-05*

I wanted to try this out, but the fact that the voice to text in the app has made SEVERAL typos in my first entry alone is not great. Then add on the fact that I can't go back and edit the transcripts properly by fixing the typos? That's immediately another strike against this app. I will consider changing my rating if they enable the ability to fix typos in the transcripts in an update, preferably a very near future one.
