I would like to respectfully request a refund for the yearly subscription that was purchased accidentally. The app appeared to provide a 7-day free trial, but I was charged immediately for the annual plan without intending to subscribe to the paid yearly membership. After accessing the app, I also experienced issues according to my requirements, so I cancelled the subscription immediately to avoid further charges. I have not intentionally used the premium yearly service and kindly request your understanding and support for a full refund as a one-time exception. I would truly appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to your positive response.
