But just recently , my older recordings are not playing. Even if I wait for them to download NOTHINg HaPPENs. It used to be that I trusted this app so much that I recorded precious audio of me and my now deceased grandmother having a conversation. And now when I look up the file , it shows the size of the file and it can be searched but when I try hit “play” or “send” to another app , nothing happens!! I can’t hear the sound of my Nana’s voice and I really need your help. This is not just one file but more than 10 files on my app that just don’t play and can’t be sent. But I know there’s information Becuase it shows the file size. I would like to change this review to a good one but there’s no other way to contact you for help. But i see iPhone microphone all the time I record. Explanation shows that there is an option to choose bluetooth microphone but not in my menu??? Is there a chance to return this app!? I do not feel good, because I believe what I read on explanations before I buy. There is no bluetooth microphone option!!! Please send me information, what would you do for that. ### 1/5 — Erases your recordings if you receive a call or message whilst in saving mode. *2018-03-03, version 4.8.2* While I find this app to be a brilliant tool for recording my notes. BE VERY VERY CAUTIOUS of saving your recording at every chance you can DURING the recording process. I have lost some very important recordings during the saving moment when a call or message comes through and have to answer or respond to those. And once lost, it’s all gone forever. I’ve written to Imesart a few times to help retrieve the data but their technical department are absolutely clueless. It’s a waste of time asking for their guide. So take care and turn your notifications on mute and under any circumstances, don’t turn to another page on your phone until you have saved your recording. ### 1/5 — Great app if you want NO RECORD of what you recorded. *2017-10-14, version 4.7.3* For the second time now I have used this app and had a complete freaking disaster. The recording went fine, everything seemed fine afterward when i stopped the recording, and the recordings all showed up in the list of your recordings like they normally should… And now, for the second time after a day or two, my recordings vanished. Without a trace. No way to recover them. I thought the first time was my fault – – I must've done something somehow to move them to some other place in the app? Nope. They're gone. The three hour interview -- which I auto separated into six different recordings because I was so nervous about losing them and which I will never get the chance to redo -- is now gone. This has become a particularly powerful procedure now that I am able to get voice to text conversion of high qualit; making it easy to produce a good text from the recordings that I have made to codify my ideas.
