I used this immediately after selecting the free trial and nothing was translated for me and I immediately canceled. This took the full price, with taxes 65.54 out each time. It’s been super helpful to me so far. I have auditory processing issues & it makes my friends’ messages far more accessible to me when I am able to translate them into text. The transcriptions aren’t always perfect but they are always good enough. The program can even transcribe very long messages without difficulty!
