Does’ twirl on my IPhone X’s mac

Can't play my songs. Can't play the songs it has preloaded. Can't download new songs. As best as I can tell, its an app that does nothing but take up memory. Give back my money!  I would give it zero-stars but that's not allowed. Only support link is in Russian or something, so worthless.
