Using the WiiM Home with Audio Pro speakers seems to work much better. ### 4/5 — No support *2025-10-10, version 2.9.3* No developer support any more, but it is possible to listen to Tidal, instead of a new app version (Audio Pro), which does not support Tidal. ### 1/5 — Un cauchemar *2025-08-17, version 2.9.2* Manifestement, les concepteurs n’ont aucune idée du concept « Plug and Play ». Natomiast nie ma możliwości sterowaniem głośnością z urządzenia podłączonego przez Bluetooth z głośnikiem. Trzeba korzystać z aplikacji! Jedynie AirPlay daje taką możliwość. This time out of the blue the pairing of speakers is failing. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Weak performance *2026-07-11, version 2.9.3* The app is supposed to support up to 5 devices in a group, but my fifth speaker frequently drops out and when I try to add it back, I get a “fail” message. Last night, we had a dinner party and the app showed 5 speakers connected, but only one would play music. Today, I reset two speakers to factory settings and then reconnected them. One continued to show “Fail” when being added to the group, then magically appeared. At first it would not play music, then it suddenly began to play. If I continue to have these issues, I will likely write off Audio Pro and switch to Sonos. ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-03-24, version 2.9.3* Honestly how can speakers with the cost of these speakers have such a subpar app. I don’t even know if the speakers are also the problem but this app has such limited functionality, the speakers constantly disappear from it or have to be relinked to eachother. I got these things to have single control to play music throughout the house but instead I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall and reconnect when I was just wanting to quickly play some music. ### 1/5 — OMG *2026-03-14, version 2.9.3* Is this an app for Nokia Symbian? It has a terrible interface, terrible functionality, and a completely useless equalizer. It's 2026... it's both funny and makes me want to cry. Problem is that after I connect it to WiFi it does not stay available in my AirPlay options on any of my devices. The speaker connection instructions in the app are unclear and to have to keep setting it up over and over so that I can just play something on my phone and AirPlay out to the speaker is ridiculous. Tengo un Addon C5A, la conectividad con WiFi y BT con el iPhone es perfecta y rapida.
