My experience has been awful: I purchased the audio Qbank subscription last year and, due to a limited number of questions, I decided to cancel my subscription. It shows as canceled in Apple, when I try to login my “user does not exist”, when I try to call their Help number it always immediately goes to a dial tone, and I’ve never received a reply from the email they provide. And yet, every month I am charged for the subscription and have to dispute the charge on my credit card. It is appalling, ridiculous, and feels downright scammy. They are the best thing that I could think of to listen too and get content out of. I do wish the app had two things, a sample to the audio q-bank, and anking audio. Just a question or two or a card or two just so I could get an idea of what it is before I buy. I know some of the podcasts have “samples” but I don’t really know anything about the set up of the audio q-bank, particularly the cadence of the questions and time gaps before answers are chosen. The other thing would be a free trial for the paid parts of the app which is of the same nature of the sample I really just want to know what I am getting into before spending my very little medical school student money on yet another resource. All that being said the podcasts still rule and I just shared them with my whole class because I think they are so valuable.
