Faster triggering: sound monitoring has been rebuilt and recordings now start noticeably sooner.

Fixes: recording lengths and the gaps between recordings are now correct when a recording is paused or interrupted by a call, and a recording you paused yourself is no longer resumed automatically when a call ends.
