Total rip-off. Massively overpriced ticket that needs to be changed into official ticket at the counter (waiting time!!!). Poor audioguide , self labelled as “in-depth” with an AI voice reading an attached text to you. No chance to rewind or skip some seconds, it always starts from the beginning. No chance to multitask (starts from beginning). I have downloaded it and deleted it 3 times. When i click on it it just immediately makes me exit out. Now i paid for an audio tour for nothing. Dopo aver acquistato i biglietti ricevi molte email spam. Ti forniscono una specie di ticket che, una volta arrivato al museo, devi convertire nel biglietto ufficiale (quindi devi fare la fila alla biglietteria anche se hai già pagato). Inoltre gli addetti della biglietteria sembrano infastiditi da ciò. Per usare l’audioguida (che non è quella ufficiale del museo) bisogna scaricare questa app a cui bisogna poi accedere tramite delle credenziali che ti inviano in una delle varie email spam. Inoltre l’app stessa non è per niente intuitiva, tanto che alla fine ho fatto la visita al museo senza audioguida. Tutto il processo è molto macchinoso, ti fa perdere tempo e ti fa soltanto innervosire prima di iniziare la visita al museo. Mi sono sentito ingannato. L’audioguida è molto povera di contenuti e l’applicazione ti fa fare login con una mail fittizia e una password temporanea. Sarebbe da denunciare ### 1/5 — Die reinste Katastrophe… *2026-05-21, version 1.3.6* Diese App ist, wie schon gesagt, die reinste Katastrophe! Allein der eine Stern ist schon zu viel, muss aber für Rezensionen mindestens angewählt werden. Ich denke, die App wurde ohne ,,Vorwarnung“ ausgelagert, wird aber dennoch weiter beworben. Für die Audioguides-Alhambra/ Granada einfach die MyTopTour-App nutzen. Dort lassen sich die Audios auch für die Offline-Nutzung herunterladen. ### 1/5 — Inaccessible Audio Guide *2026-05-04, version 1.3.6* Although the email contained a password for the downloadable audio guide App for the Cordoba Mesquite, it was not possible to logon with the email address and password. The msg was ‘credentials not found’. Requesting a password refresh resulted in ‘invalid email address’. So no guide for the Mesquite. In addition, the purchaser of the tickets bought 5 tickets, so even if the audio guide login had worked, the other 4 people would not have access. As we expected it to work, we did not go to the on-site ticket office so had no opportunity to get a physical audio guide nor a paper guide. As a result 5 people’s enjoyment and understanding of the Mesquite was severely impaired. ### 1/5 — Grauenhafte App *2026-03-06, version 1.3.6* Offline funktioniert trotz Download kein Audio, was aufgrund der eingeschränkten Internetverfügbarkeit in der Alhambra wünschenswert wäre. I paid a shocking €29.99 for a ticket that should have cost only €13. This is an outrageous and unacceptable markup. Not only was I grossly overcharged, but the booking also required a mandatory app download, which is completely unnecessary and frustrating. This service preys on tourists and provides terrible value. Booked tickets for prado museum, they use very similar names to the official site so I didn’t notice the difference. They charge double the price. The audio guide is a computerised voice, rather insufferable. But after paying and downloading the app, there was no Russian language option. At Alhambra they offer an official free and downloadable app, which is better than the one offered by this tour guide company. ### 3/5 — Not a good way to tour *2023-08-06, version 1.1.11* We used my top tour to see the Alhambra. It was disappointing and expensive. You need internet in order to use the app which I didn’t have. Other members of the group didn’t like it because they were unable to use their phone to take pics while the audio was running and therefore had to choose between taking pics or listening to the tour.
