After my initial trial, I explicitly requested to be removed from any subscription or renewal list. Despite this, I was billed again a year later without any warning or communication. My previous refund request was also ignored, showing a clear pattern of negligence or worse — intentional billing without consent. This experience felt deceptive and disrespectful. There was no transparency, no customer support follow-up, and no regard for user intent.
