Have been using this app for some days and it’s really helping me to record audio notes. Scammers!! *2025-08-03, version 1.8.0* Warning: Unethical Billing Practices – Avoid AudioNotes I strongly advise against downloading or subscribing to AudioNotes. After my initial trial, I explicitly requested to be removed from any subscription or renewal list. Despite this, I was billed again a year later without any warning or communication. My previous refund request was also ignored, showing a clear pattern of negligence or worse — intentional billing without consent. This experience felt deceptive and disrespectful. There was no transparency, no customer support follow-up, and no regard for user intent. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay away from this app. ### 1/5 — Beware refund policy *2025-04-09, version 1.3.0* There are better tools out there — but that’s not why I’m giving it one star. Getting a refund, even if you clearly were charged while not using the product and trying to cancel, is extremely hard. However, in the last several sessions I tried to use this app in meetings, the app said there was an error in the recording and produced nothing. Therefore, I do not recommend buying a yearly subscription. Try it yourself the weekly subscription before you commit. Use the mobile app for most of my meetings and don't have to worry about connectivity to a wearable. The transcription is very on point for lectures and team meetings.
