## What is AudioSafety?

AudioSafety® è una App di Sicurezza 4.0 Start Up di Sapienza Università di Roma, fruibile su smartphone e tablet.

Audiosafety® installata sugli smartphone dei lavoratori garantisce l’adempimento certificato e in tempo reale dell’obbligo di informazione previsto dall’articolo 36 del decreto Legislativo n. 81 del 2008.

AudioSafety® contiene Istruzioni di lavoro in sicurezza  che si possono leggere o ascoltare e che sono corredate da illustrazioni tecniche esplicative, video tutorial, fruizione ipertestuale e link di approfondimento.

L’obbligo di Informazione (art.36) si affianca a pari livello a quello di formazione e di addestramento (art.37), e prosegue senza interruzione durante tutta l’attività lavorativa, per mantenere vive e sempre aggiornate le conoscenze in materia di comportamenti di prevenzione e sicurezza da parte dei lavoratori.

I lavoratori hanno una banca dati globale di istruzioni di lavoro in sicurezza relative ad ogni tipo di attrezzatura, di attività, di sostanza chimica, di primo soccorso ed emergenza, fruibile in tempo reale, di immediata consultazione, e continuamente aggiornata.

La lettura o l’ascolto da parte del lavoratore dell’istruzione di lavoro in sicurezza dovrà avvenire:
	•	prima di utilizzare un’attrezzatura o di effettuare un’attività di lavoro per la prima volta dopo l’installazione l’App.
	•	successivamente, ogni volta che il lavoratore vorrà accertarsi di come, in sicurezza, eseguire un’attività o utilizzare un’attrezzatura.
	•	ogni qual volta glielo chiederà il datore di lavoro.
