Wichtige Einstellungen sind vorhanden. Aber das alles ist ohne Wert wenn sich die App mit dem Hörgerät nicht zuverlässig verbindet bzw. wenn manuell keine Verbindung mit verschiedenen Tricks hergestellt werden kann. ### 2/5 — Support? *2026-06-14* Seit heute findet die App mein Hörgerät nicht mehr. Alles was möglich war habe ich ausprobiert. App deinstalliert und neu installiert usw. Mein iPhone ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Allerdings gab es schon lange kein Update für die App mehr. Wahrscheinlich haben die Entwickler nicht daran gedacht dass nicht jeder das neuste iPhone besitzt. Da trägt man ein Hörgerät im Wert von über 2000,- Euro und es kann auch nicht mehr als das Kassenmodel. Ich könnte mich ja an den Support wenden. Ich hab noch keinen gefunden. ### 3/5 — Bitte Update für Apple Watch *2026-03-27* Prinzipiell funktioniert die App gut und selbsterklärend. Allerdings nervt, dass man immer die iPhone- Lautstärke hoch regeln muss, wenn man die die Lautstärke der Hörgeräte ändern will. Oder hab ich noch nicht rausgefunden, wie man das ändern kann? In einem Job, indem das Handy meist auf lautlos gestellt ist, ist das äußerst hinderlich. Wenn es dann noch die Möglichkeit gebe, die Lautstärke auch auf der Apple Watch zu ändern, wäre die App perfekt. Beides sollte doch technisch machbar sein.
