The Lite version is a great way to see whether AudioStretch works well for you. As a musician one of the most helpful tools you can have is the ability to slow-down, loop or auto-transpose the notes for a piece of music you are trying to learn. Easily the best app I’ve ever paid for, I really enjoy the ability to pitch songs up and down, slow them down, and reverse them. I could not recommend this app enough. However, it has a number of bugs that really need to be addressed. First, when loading some songs, it will load 10 seconds of silence with the A & B function and no audio will appear or play. This happens a lot more often with longer songs, to the point where a 30 minute audio I have needs to be loaded in 10+ times before actually loading successfully. Second, if the player is interrupted by other audio, like a video playing on your phone etc., sometimes the app has to be reset entirely before working again. Both of these are prevalent enough that I have to deal with them multiple times daily. Aside from these bugs I really do love the app and would love to see Spotify integration if possible in the future! ### 5/5 — Create sound *2026-08-11, version 7.0.0* This is amazing to create my own sound! ### 4/5 — Great music app but some issues. *2026-08-03, version 7.0.0* It’s a good app for mixing and adjusting audio and music. But recently, any time I pick music from my folders, there’s no sound. I try to offload it, and it still doesn't play any of my music from my folder. ### 1/5 — Needs more features *2026-08-02, version 7.0.0* It takes a long time to compress videos. When I try to load long videos it doesn’t load the audio but the video loads 10 seconds of it from A to B. It needs to be fixed. It needs more features. I have to export my videos to the files app so I don’t have to wait for it to compress my videos. It is good when it works. It should have a full screen mode. It also needs to have frame rate settings for above 30 fps. It also needs an audio spectrogram to visualize the sound. This app also needs a record button to save audio and videos for doing audio and video projects. I need all of my ideas to do what I need to do. It needs MORE!! I cannot believe how addicting this game actually is I thought it was just like some type of boring thing but boy was I wrong. I recommend all the people reading this review to go download it for yourself and if you can’t afford to actual version. Just get the lit version. It’s basically the same thing, but just with a few limitations, but don’t worry it doesn’t have any ads PLUS. It is great first of all you can change the pitch, but change the speed you can change the speed and pitch and also. I’m a singer with a low range for a female. I buy backing or karaoke tracks off iTunes, load them into AudioStretch, and I can lower the pitch without changing the speed. Or I can slow the song down or speed it up without changing the pitch. Then I can export them into another app to save my changes. Miraculous!! Our lead guitarist could only learn songs from listening to them over and over, therefore learning them in my key was difficult until I showed him how to use this app. I’ve told so many musicians and singers about it and they’re all excited to try it. Now I’m telling you: the best music app I’ve ever found. Ever. And tons of features I don’t even use, but you might. Works on my iPad and my phone, and it’s super reliable, never crashed or frozen or lost my work even once in probably 12 years or more. I wouldn’t really mention it like a downside but I feel like it kind of missed a big part of its potential by only targeting musicians trying to transcribe a song from an audio file.
