There should be a choice where I get the relevant notification and information that applies to my child’s year and the whole school(K-6) . But I have all these notifications and emails for years that don’t apply to my child. I don’t need emails and notifications that apply to every other year other than the one he is in (eg, year 5/6 camp information) my child is in kindergarten and I don’t need that information . I have looked in settings and I don’t know whether I’ve just missed it or if it’s an option at all. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous name change *2023-05-05, version 8.0.0* Why on earth would an app designed for schools to communicate to families change their name from SkoolBag (with a very fitting small blue school bag logo) to Audiri which sounds like a hearing aid company. ### 1/5 — Notifications *2023-04-27, version 7.2.10* Please can you look into fixing the notifications, I’ve had this app for 3 years and if I don’t check a notification for a week or so it just stops giving me notifications completely and I constantly miss important school messages. It is SO frustrating. It puts more pressure on parents to have to remember to check the app in addition to all the school things. It happens for my husband too and the other parents. It would be easier to just have school emails than to remember to check the app. ### 3/5 — forms so cumbersome *2023-02-21, version 7.1.1* I’d really love to be able to set our family profile including my details, my kids and their classes once at the beginning of each year so I don’t have to fill out every field in the absentee form from scratch w every single time. With the inordinate amount of sickness going around it feels like I’m having to fill this cumbersome form out every week. We also need a way to sign permission slips then directly pay for excursions etc so the app becomes a viable option to facilitate schools going paperless. And the ability to set our child’s class so we only receive relevant information instead of getting bombarded with irrelevant content. (This may also mean better training for schools in the set up & database management process.)
