This app is not user-friendly and customer service is not there. Ive generated multiple reports but cannot turn the reports to PDF and email them out. The app keeps giving an error message stating the report is not there. It’s impossible to get a hold of customer support.. Save your money for some other app that’s more user-friendly.

This app is amazing. As a owner of cleaning company, this app is perfect to conside with our own auditing system. The app is so simple to use and the end result is extremely professional with a bunch of themes to choose from my client. Think I spent hours putting reports together when it’s only take minutes. The time stamp on the picture are a great way of making any employees prove that they were at the exact place at an exact time.

This is not just an app for auditors. I would recommend this app to any employer or manager that values checking their work that their team are doing.

The app used to be great and I have used it for over a year as a construction site manager but since recent iOS updates it is no longer as good as it was. The app is very slow to respond to scrolling and has made the app unusable. I have contacted support about this. If this cannot be fixed then I will have to find another app which is a shame as I paid £10 for this which isn’t cheap for a phone app.
