This sends the strong message to potential players with learning disabilities, like me, that they are not welcome. Same for people who get overwhelmed with anything close to a PowerPoint presentation. Refusing the trial membership was easy when I saw how the free interactive columns were laid out because Audrey doesn’t understand that some of us have to be able to take our own notes and her format makes that impossible. Real teachers use physical whiteboards. When Audrey gets that through her thick skull — I tell it like it is — she might be able to save her game from dying.
