Manage jobs, clients, quotes, and invoices directly from your phone.

Auftragspilot is a simple job management and invoicing app for contractors, freelancers, self-employed professionals, and small service businesses in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

Create jobs while visiting a client, organize customer details, schedule appointments, and keep track of job progress and unpaid invoices. Once the work is completed, create professional PDF invoices and send them directly from your phone.

Auftragspilot is designed for electricians, plumbers, painters, maintenance services, installers, technicians, and other small service businesses that do not need complicated ERP or CRM software.

Your business and client data is stored locally on your device. The app does not use advertising identifiers or tracking. Optional backups are stored in your private iCloud or Google Drive account.

Auftragspilot is available in English and German.

Some features, including invoices, quotes, exports, and backups, require Auftragspilot Pro.
