Augurium Resident is the resident app for buildings served by Augurium Concierge. It connects you to your building's front desk and management so everyday tasks take seconds, not phone calls.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Packages — see what's waiting at the front desk and get a notification the moment something arrives for you.
• Expected Visitors — pre-authorize guests, contractors, and deliveries so the front desk is ready when they arrive.
• Maintenance — submit and track repair requests, with status updates as work progresses.
• Amenities — reserve the grill, lounge, or other shared spaces in seconds.
• Calendar — building notices plus curated neighborhood events.
• Documents — building rules, forms, and key documents in one place.
• Profile — keep your contact info, emergency contact, pets, and delivery preferences up to date.

NOTIFICATIONS THAT MATTER
Choose how you hear from your building — push, email, or text — and get real-time alerts for packages, visitors, maintenance updates, and building announcements. Push notifications mirror to your Apple Watch automatically.

BUILT FOR RESIDENTS
No new software to learn. Sign in with the email and password for your resident account, and manage everything from one place.

Note: Augurium Resident is for residents of buildings that use Augurium Concierge. You need a resident account from your building's management to sign in.
