Keeps showing signup page but when trying to signup says ‘failed’!

Cannot get my wristband to synch—at first it worked but then I couldnt use the app to see my steps taken or to set up a new reminder. Kept receiving an error message on the app so i removed my wristband from the app to resynch it but now my wristband “cannot be found”. Not a strong bluetooth link.

Not a fancy App but works well with my SWB100 wristband.

This app and band works shockingly well. Was expecting to have a lot of headaches with the user interface and syncing but have no such problems. Syncing could be a bit faster but overall it's fine.
