Stesso problema per me. L’App ha funzionato un paio di settimane ma ora quando la apro mi fa vedere la schermata iniziale dove seleziono il Robot e poi una volta cliccato sopra per entrare nella schermata con le sue utilità di utilizzo, mi appare schermata bianca. Ho provato piu volte a disinstallare l’App stessa ed a ricaricarla, ma niente da fare. Cosi come è adesso posso utilizzare il Robot solo con telecomando o con pressione del tasto sul Robot stesso. Tutte le funzioni smart non sono utilizzabili.

The plug unit has basic capabilities, but is lacking some key abilities. This could be changed through software updates. You can use it with Alexa or Google, set some conditions to turn on and off, but you cannot set repeating scenes (conditions) to turn on and off. For example if you wanted your plug to turn on every day at sunset and turn off at a time you cannot do it because the scene conditions do not have time or repeatability as a condition.  If they add these capabilities I would update to 5 stars.

Purtroppo è da diversi mesi che non funzionano le impostazioni della mia lampada da tavolo, posso solo accenderla e spegnerla tramite l’app. Non mi aveva pesato tanto, avendola collegata ad Alexa, ma stasera sembra non andare neanche con Alexa (se non per accendere e spegnere, come l’app).

Please fix LT-T7 support. There is no longer an option to select colors or brightness through app. You can only turn on and off the device. Used to be a great app.

This app is years old and for some reason a few months ago it stopped working. I used to be able to customize the color to whatever one I wanted and now it just doesn’t work. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app and it’s fruitless. It turns on and off now and that’s it.. it’s just kind of annoying that it used to be able to change to any color of the rainbow or even switch between a blue white and a yellow white, and now the controls and on.. and off..

Ho una lampada Aukey che ad oggi, se non fosse che l'avevo configurata su Amazon Alexa, non potrei più utilizzare se non come una semplice lampada tradizionale.
Dall'applicazione non si riesce più a controllare, ho provato di tutto ma zero risultati, non apre il menu contestuale della lampada e rimane una schermata bianca di caricamento, rendendola di fatto inutilizzabile.

What used to be good has been abandoned by Aukey. They won't even acknowledge a request for help via Customer Service, let alone try to solve the issue. So very disappointed in a brand I used to trust. Lesson learned.

Ho utilizzato questa app per due settimane! In queste due settimane ho dovuto risistemare almeno 6 volte le stanze che mi si cancellavano e poi nell’ultima settimana non mi si apre più l’app quindi il dispositivo è utilizzabile solo con il telecomando perdendo la possibilità di mappare la casa e di conseguenza di inviarlo dove c’era la necessità e soprattutto non potendo più controllare il suo operato! Degli sviluppatori nessuna traccia! AUKEY, dove sei????
