They should also either only let each person reserve a certain amount of activities per visit or charge a small amount to reserve in advance so people don’t just hog reservations and then cancel them when they actually know what they are doing Also the activities should filter based on what is available instead of having to click into each one just to find out it’s not available. And when I use the app to unlock my door it stops my headphones and transfers my audiobook audio to my phone audio. ### 4/5 — It’s ok *2024-12-18* This app is tough to get working because it doesn’t fully integrate with the rest of the Disney application. Once you get it going, you can’t do some useful things like online ordering for one of the restaurants seen your agenda and seeing your bill. However when I tried to retrieve my reservation, I was defeated by the checkin date picker tool. On my iPhone, I could define the date, but there was no way to enter it for the retrieval form, and no way to back out of the picker. Would love to just enter my/dd/yyyy into that box! ### 3/5 — Only 1 parent can link reservation *2024-08-21, version 2.0.5* I tried to link my reservation and it says “it’s already been claimed”. Yes my wife linked it to her Disney account. I’m trying to do the same to me Disney account - we each obviously have our own phones. But oddly that’s not supported?! So I deleted it thinking I could start over. Nope, you can’t do that. It now just says the account has been deleted so now I can’t even log on or start a new account. I called Aulani, and they were no help because they had no idea either how to fix it either. What a waste of time and so frustrating. For example under Plans not possible to open Dining. My gosh… couldn’t book anything directly through the app, had to click click click and finally accidentally stumble across what I’m looking for. There’s no search bar. If this app was more like the Disneyland app it would have made our trip so much more organized and enjoyable. It was hard to coordinate activities or see what was available. The map locations are incorrect - show bathrooms in the middle of hot tubs. No menus for restaurants. Literally what is the point of you have to go to the website to find any information anyway??? Disney needs to do better especially for the cost of staying at the resort. ### 2/5 — Needs more Disney Magic *2024-01-25, version 2.0.1* Never could get the room key to work on our stay. 3/4 of the time the one mobile order restaurant didn’t even show up in the app to order from. (Not user error, we use the WDW app frequently with no issues.) It would really be helpful to give full menus & notate cup refill stations in the dining section. Signed in, entered confirmation number, hit the submit button…………and nothing….….and of course, nobody at Disney cares ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Won’t link my reservation, cannot book any activities *2026-07-24* We are paying to stay at a resort where we cannot book anything because of this terrible app. To book any activities, resaurants, order food, etc you must you the app. The app won’t link our reservation and keeps saying it’s already claimed. The dates we are staying up in the app, but it won’t let us book a single activity or reservation because it keeps asking us to “link our reservation”, but when I put in our information, it says “reservation already claimed”. This has resulted in us being unable to book anything and having to ask to be added to waitlists for everything. There are multiple reviews for this EXACT problem. It’s ridiculous to have people be unable to participate in activities because of a malfunctioning app, especially as is a documented & reoccurring issue. I tried calling Aulani help, but they had no solutions. The only work around is to try to get on the website and book things, which is super glitchy as well. ### 1/5 — Wasn’t helpful at all *2026-04-11* App is pointless. Since you can book dinner & events well in advance, I believe over a month, all reservations except 1 were full by the time we had a chance to download the app. We were told by staff we would have the best luck booking all reservations in person, which we did. So what is the point of the app? To tell me all about the events that are full? Also, the food order ahead feature only worked once and the 1 event we were able to schedule was cancelled last min. ### 1/5 — App freezes *2025-08-15, version 2.1.3* Disney can do better they direct you to the app for everything yet it gets stuck which requires relaunching. Adding guests isn’t any better. We gave up and called customer service. I was unable to link my reservation and it required very personal information for my family to be input. There’s always a breakfast rush,so why isn’t breakfast available on this thing? Events are outdated. Tons of errors. Most of all links to the website. What’s the point of this app?! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t support large text *2025-02-02* Not sure who’s been testing this app, but accessibility support for large text doesn’t work. With text set to large, you cannot complete retrieval of your reservation because the buttons end up off screen for selecting the date. I had to force quit the app and go ti settings, set my text to (very hard to read) small text, open the app, retrieve the reservation, go back to settings and set my text size back to my normal choice. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-11-10, version 2.1.1* Can’t load my reservation. Adding the date of your reservation is required and it just freezes on that page. App doesn’t work at all. ### 1/5 — バグ修正してほしい！ *2024-09-20* マカヒキの予約をしたいのでアプリを入れたが、 名前や電話番号を入力する画面までいくと、 キーボードが強制的に引っ込んでしまう、、 そのため入力ができない。 コピペもできない。 一番大事なことができないので本当に修正してほしい。 試しにiPadや違うiPhoneでもやってみたが、同じようにキーボードが強制的に引っ込んでしまう。 今すぐ修正お願いします！！ ### 1/5 — Missing or very hard to find items *2024-08-11* Looks pretty to start, but clunky, missing key information, needs lots of work. Main example, where are the menus for the restaurants, just have a link to one, Ulu Cafe, but nothing for the others. Another example, information about Casabellas and Cabanas are, I guess, under “Shaded Retreats”, but then that’s for only a few locations. On the key information side, no information about check in or check out hours, or the available lounge. Lastly, my favorite, the “Retrieve Reservation” is nice enough to say “Welina” but then the button just keeps asking for the reservation information, it never updates, should say times in and out at least. These are just some examples, activities area wasn’t too great, when you get to “make reservation” it doesn’t tell you if fully booked, you just have to assume that it is because it doesn’t open, as the ones available did, at least for the Ukulele lesson my son wanted. **Developer response:** Hi there!
