I love the idea of talking to my doctor without going in but it would be nice if the app acts worked for me. ### 1/5 — Login problems *2020-04-09* I was scheduled for a specialty visit for today. Talked with the secretary yesterday and got set up in Aultman Now. Went to the app had to put in my email and put a password in. Did that and filled out what I needed for my appointment. My appointment was for 9am. Tried numerous time to login and wouldn’t take my email or password. Made sure I used correct password. Had to talk to the Dr on phone since it wasn’t working on their end, which was okay since I was unable to sigh in. No problem with speaking to the Dr on the phone just frustrated trying to login. Another complaint I have been putting a nickname in for writing reviews and they are all taken even just a group of letters that mean nothing. I've used it twice now - once for an ear infection and once for pink eye. The ear infection, the doctor couldn't prescribe anything until I had someone look in my ear so I had to go to the Minute Clinic. But it is currently 3:20am and was able to see a doctor right away for possible pink eye. The AultmanNow app is very easy to use. I chose a doctor that was available and he came on quickly. I was impressed how he looked at my health notes and medications before going into my issue. The doctor was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I was always skeptical of telehealth services like this.
