This app is primarily intended for women experiencing postpartum, but as a friend of multiple women who recently became moms, Auntie has not only helped me figure out how to be a better friend to them and offer the appropriate support, but I was also able to do a mental health check-in for myself and get some tips and a plan of action toward better self-care and how to process the grief of a recent loss. Auntie is awesome, and the voice they’ve crafted for this AI is different than anything else I’ve used. Very nurturing and considerate! 💯
