Every New Years I make resolutions that I don’t keep for longer than two weeks. We’re now 2 months into the New Year and I this APP got me back on track. It keeps me organized, motivated, and provides me a gentle reminder when I have not completed my daily goals. I appreciate the convenience it offers and the push to stay focused. I will get back to my fitness plan, read more, eat healthier, and pray to help me live my best life. Highly recommend.
