Update the app , killed all the recent application and launch it’s not functioning. 2. Uninstalled the app, installed the new version from App Store, killed all recent app, restarted the mobile and launch it’s not working. The app continuously struggles to load data when connected via WiFi, and this issue occurs not only during peak hours but all the time. Interestingly, when using a cellular (mobile data) connection, the app performs much better and loads data seamlessly. Please analyze this persistent WiFi connectivity issue and prioritize fixing it as soon as possible. Resolving this will greatly enhance the user experience and ensure uninterrupted communication regardless of connection type. Compare prices across platforms for transparency. - Buying & Selling Price Gap – Exists due to demand-supply balance, just like physical gold. - SGB, ETF & Physical Gold: • SGBs – Govt has stopped issuing new bonds post the interim budget. • Gold ETFs – Regulated by SEBI and subject to STCG & LTCG tax. • Physical Gold – Consider 24K purity & safety aspects. - Customer support Widely building customer support but as of know they are quick to react and solve compliance regularly. - In all this aspects Aura Gold is doing Great. ### 5/5 — User friendly and quick support *2025-03-22* I found some difficulties logging in to the app lately, then I used watsapp to seek for help, I am impressed by the way how the founder of AuraGold did support to address the issue and give realtime updates. I was lil worried if I am gonna loose the money, but no more doubts I have anymore. The only benefit of this app is that we can buy gold with whatever amount of money we have. However, even then, we end up paying more than the market price. I redeemed one gram of gold, but after my redemption, I didn’t receive any update from the team. I have been following up for more than 52 hours, calling them over five times, but they kept giving different answers. Moreover, they charged Rs. 300 for delivery, which shouldn’t even cost Rs. 50. They claim this includes insurance, but I don’t understand why I should pay for insurance—that’s purely their risk. Thankfully, after multiple follow-ups, I finally received the coin. However, there was no insurance copy or invoice attached. ### 5/5 — Upgrade of 2 concern requested by me. *2025-02-14* Hi, All good and easy to use this app (user friendly)… only thing is you can disclose the GOVT approved documents in website or in app for better trust worthy. Where new customers will verify those govt documents. However, after updating to the latest version (Version 4.0.0 – Feb 19, 2025), I am unable to open the app. A message appears saying that I need to completely close the app and reopen it to apply the latest update. I have already tried removing the app from recent apps and reopening it multiple times, but the same pop-up continues to appear. Because of this, I am unable to access my account.
