## What is Aura?

aura helps you understand your migraines without the guilt.

Track your migraines when they happen — intensity, location, symptoms, duration, and medication. Log optional daily check-ins about sleep, stress, hydration, and more. Over time, aura quietly looks for patterns and shares gentle observations that might help you and your doctor understand your triggers.

What makes aura different:

- No streaks, no scores, no "you missed a day" notifications
- Every field is optional — log as much or as little as you want
- Pattern insights are presented as observations, never blame
- Your data stays on your device — no accounts, no cloud, no tracking
- Export your data as CSV to share with your neurologist

aura tracks what matters:
- Pain intensity, location, and symptoms
- Medication taken and whether it helped
- Sleep, stress, hydration, screen time, and diet
- Barometric pressure and weather (automatic)
- Menstrual cycle (optional)

After a few entries, aura starts surfacing patterns — like a connection between poor sleep and your migraines, or a link to barometric pressure changes. These insights are always gentle: "Your migraines tend to follow nights with less sleep." Never: "You didn't sleep enough."

Your data belongs to you. Everything is stored locally on your iPhone. Export anytime as a clean CSV for your doctor.
