## What is Aura?

Aura is a migraine diary built for people who want clear, structured data instead of scattered notes.

Track each attack with onset, duration, severity, aura symptoms, suspected triggers, medication use, and relief. Log daily factors such as sleep, stress, hydration, food, caffeine, hormones, exercise, screen time, and weather context. Over time, Aura helps organize those logs into patterns you can review yourself or bring to a clinician.

Aura uses manual entries you log in the app. Apple Health and CareKit are not connected in this version.
