I would get spam calls 1-2 times a week, now I get 3-5 daily. Are they blocking them? Sure, however using this service has exposed my number to more scammers, if it doesn’t improve quickly I’ll never recommend to anyone ### 3/5 — Just getting started *2026-08-22, version 26.33.0* I know I’ll be so much happier when I get all the sign in and info into the system. It’s a lot but so is feeling unsafe and vulnerable. ### 2/5 — Upgrade to Couple from Individual Plan Failed *2026-08-22, version 26.31.0* Two days ago I tried to upgrade. However, the app did not allow me to add a second adult. When I contacted customer service, they threw their hands up in the air. They said to just go back to the Apple Store and cancel my subscription. Lame ### 2/5 — Great program, however *2026-08-22, version 26.33.0* The reason I chose this program was to get rid of all the spam calls that I’m getting. So far all I’ve been able to get the program to do is put all incoming calls that it does not recognize, in the silent mode. iPhones can do that without the use of a program. It did a real good job supposedly of making sure all my information was off the dark web however, I’m still getting between 60 and 80 spam calls a day and they keep popping up on my phone although they’re silent and it really is not doing the job. I guess I’m just gonna have to change my number. I’ve enjoyed having the protection and security it provides. The one major issue that has caused me to lose money and so much time has been the email alias feature. I created an email alias to log into many accounts and even shared the alias with business and others. Unfortunately some type of bug that not even the developers can understand or help resolve caused the email alias to go bad and now so many important emails are not being forwarded to me.
