### 2/5 — Poor instruction

*2026-08-20*

This app advertises as a simple way to use movement to release your stress. However upon purchasing and receiving your “plan” there is nowhere it tells you any materials you need to complete these exercises.

It just jumps right into the videos which while short include multiple props that are needed. So you begin and okay the first one you need a yoga block- no real problem that particular exercise can be done without. Then you need a mat, oh and then you need the block again, now you need a towel and an elastic band, and a foot stool- not to mention the specialty raised mat she’s using for one of the exercises- which yes you could recreate the angle with similar household furniture but there is no guidance on what the angle should actually be or if you need a firm or soft surface is okay (the bed in the video is firm).

So you attempt to try them and then it’s oh wait now stop and collect all the materials- which greatly increases the time needed especially since there is no pre instruction or guidance on props to gather for the set of exercises for the day.

While it’s not that expensive ($35) for twelve weeks it would also take about 5-10 minutes of work for the programmers, app facilitators or AI to compile and provide a simple list so you can be prepared.

Pretty inexcusable for such a simple fix.

### 3/5 — Fairly Good, but Frustrating

*2026-08-19*

I recently downloaded and paid for a plan. The app doesn’t give you an avenue to provide feedback, which is extremely frustrating. I also couldn’t even locate it in the app store. You can input some health conditions, but half of mine just won’t populate and can’t be entered. This app should tell you ahead of time the equipment you’ll need to perform the exercises. It jumps from one position to another (on a wall, sitting on a support, laying on stomach, standing, using bands, using towels, you’re suddenly standing, laying, needing a strap, towel, free space you lay down or a yoga brick. Suddenly you need to find a free wall to perform the exercise. We don’t all have a yoga or pilates studio in our house.

### 3/5 — Great info but a few glitches

*2026-08-17*

The movements are lovely and helpful. I find the music a repetitive and hard to listen to …. It doesn’t calm my nervous system. I wish there were verbal instructions as well as watching the model do it. I think there could be more variety of movements and more explanation of why certain movements help. I don’t understand why she only rolls one foot out seems very unbalanced and they do both side with many of the other moves. I am getting stuff out of it but not quite up to my expectations.

**Developer response:** Thank you for this thoughtful feedback – it truly helps us grow. We hear you on the music, verbal cues, and balance. We're actively expanding movement variety and explanations, and adding mirrored options for one-sided exercises. So glad you're still getting value – and we're committed to making it even better for you.

### 2/5 — No set up for success

*2026-08-14*

In theory this is a useful tool. The educational portion is great, detailed, cited, but the actual
movement portion is not as good as it should be. There is no preparation for the movement, not enough time to get into position, no cuing verbally or in text for where to focus on for the movements, what areas should be engaging, when to breathe. There is also no heads up for the props used in the video so that you can be prepared and stay in the flow of the video. One additionally complaint that is a little concerning to me personally is that the woman modeling the movements has HORRIBLE posture. She stands completely out of alignment with a dramatic swayback. If the premise of your product is to teach people to move in a healing way, you should probably be demonstrating it better.

**Developer response:** We truly appreciate this detailed, expert-level feedback – it's incredibly valuable. You're right about posture and prep gaps, and we're actively re-evaluating both. We're also adding clearer cues, breathing notes, and equipment lists to keep you in flow. Your voice is shaping these improvements – thank you for helping us raise the bar.

### 3/5 — Good for my body but have some recommendations

*2026-08-12, version 1.0.42*

Feel good after doing . Wish the music changed . Gets old after a bit . Not organized for each day well . Never ends and would love more preparation for accessories I would need

### 1/5 — Stole my money

*2026-08-11, version 1.0.42*

Terrible -can’t get ahold of you for a refund. What is the phone number to call and get my $43.50 back?

### 2/5 — Needs so many props and no verbal instructions given

*2026-08-11, version 1.0.42*

This is the problem with AI. There are zero instructions just a video of “what you’re supposed to do”. Really wish I hadn’t purchased. Five minutes into the video and they’ve used 6 props with no mention of any specifics.

### 4/5 — Verbal Instructions Please

*2026-08-10, version 1.0.42*

I would love to hear verbal instructions along with the visual instructions.

### 1/5 — No narration, not as advertised

*2026-08-10, version 1.0.42*

I was so excited to start my week with a new plan, only to download this to find zero explanation of exercises, no narration, and a hard to navigate app. Not at all as advertised. I thought I’d be getting a plan and explanation. Nowhere did it say props would be needed, no alternatives. So disappointed that an app that’s supposed to help with stress and pain only caused it

### 3/5 — Needs improvement

*2026-08-10*

It’s nice that it has variety of experiences. However, the video doesn’t have a voice, just BGM, and no caption either, so some exercises are unclear how to do, when to inhale and exhale. It also requires some equipment which I don’t have. There is no customer support on the app so it’s not easy to send a feedback or get support. I don’t think I’ll continue using this after my trial is over.

**Developer response:** We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback – and we hear you on the voice, captions, equipment, and support. We're actively adding verbal guidance, clearer prep lists, and easier ways to reach us. We hope you'll check back as we grow – your voice is helping us build a better experience.

### 1/5 — Not worth it at all

*2026-08-10*

I purchased this app because it talked about neck pain and dizziness, both of which I have. Don't waste your money. The questions asked upfront do not affect what you get shown as the exercise exercises made my neck pain way worse and should not have been done with somebody with neck issues. I know that now. There is also zero instruction and it is just a video of someone who looks AI with music playing in the background. You have to figure out form and how to avoid injury as there is no guidance. Extremely disappointing.

**Developer response:** We truly appreciate your honest feedback – and we're sorry the exercises didn't match your needs. We're actively improving our pre-session screening and adding clear safety warnings. Our videos feature a real human trainer with verbal guidance, and we're working on better modifications for neck-sensitive users. Please email us at care@aura.care if you'd like personalized support or adjustments. Your voice is helping us grow.

### 1/5 — An Absolute Joke of an Experience

*2026-08-09*

Was supposed to get free lab but it wouldn’t work for correctly identifying my location, so had to go to support, never ended up getting the free labs. Found no value in the app and was reminded at the insane $42 subscription renewal charge (forgot to cancel ahead of time, that’s on me) that I needed to cancel. Emailed support about how to cancel, instructions given lead me to a page that says I have no subscription (on the day they charged me the renewal fee), so I haven’t been able to cancel. Clearly this is an untrustworthy and poorly developed app where they do no testing/regression testing. As an IT developer, you’ve been warned to avoid unless you want to find constant bugs and be disappointed, especially with the lack of value at the price.

**Developer response:** We hear you – and we're sorry for the runaround. We'll manually cancel your subscription and review the lab issue. Please email us at care@aura.care – we'll confirm everything directly. Your IT perspective is especially valuable, and we're committed to improving. Thank you for your patience.

### 4/5 — Surprise

*2026-08-09, version 1.0.42*

There’s no explanation of moves, profile view is sometimes better to figure out what is going on. No advance notice I had to run and get towel and something to rest my legs on.

### 4/5 — Doesn’t tell you what items you need

*2026-08-09*

Mostly liking the app so far. The only frustration is they use a weird mattress, bed with rollers, yoga boxes, etc. You have to pause and go find the most similar thing your house. So instead of taking 10 minutes it takes 20 minutes

**Developer response:** We're so glad you're mostly enjoying the app – and we totally get the frustration with unexpected props. We're actively adding prep lists upfront so you'll know exactly what you need before you start, keeping your flow smooth. Thanks for this helpful nudge – we're on it!

### 2/5 — App needs work

*2026-08-09, version 1.0.42*

The app does not provide an overview of the exercise before they start the exercise. The transitions between exercises need to be lengthened. There needs to be an I=explantation as to why this exercise was chosen and what it does for the nerve.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No way of contacting app to address issues

*2026-08-23, version 1.0.44*

I was charged twice but there is no way of contacting app developers or customer support to have charges changed/refunded. Very poor and misleading

### 1/5 — Annoying user experience

*2026-08-18, version 1.0.42*

Almost every time i log in i have to put in my email address and have a code emailed to me and get the code from my email and enter it to open the app. I just want to open an app amd use it.

### 1/5 — Not what it was advertised as

*2026-08-17, version 1.0.42*

Signed up from an ad on instagram and it’s not what it was advertised as. Trying to cancel now, but will only prompt me to email the company

### 1/5 — Useless -False presentation -ignorant

*2026-08-16, version 1.0.42*

Would give zero if possible. Perhaps good for people who do absolute no exercise. There are no explanations for proper execution or alignments. If fact the model has poor posture (hypertension of lumbar and tight hip flexors) She uses props from yoga and physical therapy that many people do not have. There’s no methodology - just random very simple movements (without explanation on proper execution). There are much better free YouTube. Videos from exercise physiologists, physical therapist and real experts. Don’t waste your money on this nonsense!

### 1/5 — Scammy health app

*2026-08-14, version 1.0.42*

I didn’t check the Trustpilot reviews before paying for and downloading this app. They take your money and keep taking it with no way to cancel or contact anyone because it’s not a legitimate business. I signed up for the 4-week trial. It was supposed to cost $19.99. They immediately charged my Apple Pay twice. Now I read they will continue to charge it for $50 every month with no way of getting back the money. It’s a SCAM!! Don’t do it unless you have hundreds of dollars to throw away.

### 1/5 — Scam plan time

*2026-08-14, version 1.0.42*

Don’t buy it they are not clear in their selling and just want to charge you without any commitment to customers results or experience

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-14*

I canceled and it keeps charging me! I cannot reach someone to cancel! Never gives instructions for the exercises… some show one done on the right side of the body and never moves to the left side to even them out. The videos suddenly changed and ones that were marked days completed were totally different videos than I had actually done. Several include equipment needed which isn’t explained or warned anywhere. It’s a waste of money. It seems to be all AI written.

**Developer response:** We hear you – and we want to resolve this. You can cancel directly in the app via Profile → Account Settings → Manage My Plan. If that doesn't work, email us at care@aura.care – we'll personally stop charges and confirm. We're also adding prep lists, mirrored movements, and clearer guidance. Your feedback is driving these improvements – thank you.

### 1/5 — Can’t cancel

*2026-08-13, version 1.0.42*

This app won’t let me cancel my subscription.

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money!

*2026-08-11, version 1.0.42*

I purchased a monthly subscription and was suckered into also purchasing the lab testing. I never received information on how to schedule my bloodwork and when I tried to contact them about it they said I never purchased the lab testing. Even after repeatedly email them with my credit card statement showing that I paid, they kept saying it was a visual glitch. I’m still fighting with them about it.

### 1/5 — Cancelled within days of starting

*2026-08-11, version 1.0.42*

Very Unhappy that when I cancelled within days of starting due to the Ai “instruction”. I was still charged for another month. I should not have to reach out multiple times when I asked to cancel, by email and got a response back!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Wow!

*2026-08-14*

I signed up two days ago. This is my second day. The first day flew by so did the second. I just love this. This is the first thing I do after I get my mushroom coffee in the morning and then I go for that walk and I can’t explain it, but this is just what I needed to get me going for the day! I can’t wait to see what happens by the end of the month. Plus, I’m incorporating my three days a week going to the gym And I’m so trying to be healthier.

**Developer response:** What a beautiful morning routine – mushroom coffee, this practice, then a walk. That sounds like pure self-care. So glad it's setting the tone for your day. Keep going – we have a feeling this month will be transformative for you!

### 5/5 — Enjoying it so far!

*2026-08-14, version 1.0.42*

Such an accessible way to keep up with the daily exercises and fit them into my day, and learn along the way with the daily nuggets of info about it all. I’m really enjoying it so far and holds me accountable for sure! Only thing I would ask for differently is, it would be nice to have a little note on each day which props we need for the day’s exercise so I don’t have to keep stopping the video and going to find what I need for that exercise ! Apart from that it’s great!

### 5/5 — Tailbone pain

*2026-08-13, version 1.0.42*

I have been experiencing severe pain in my tailbone for about 8 months. I went to 7 em weeks of pelvic floor PT with no improvement. After Day 1 with Aura I experienced marked relief from the pain.

### 5/5 — Well worth it!

*2026-08-10*

Great for release, lymphatic and all tension and stress.

**Developer response:** So glad it's helping with release, lymphatic flow, and stress – that's beautiful! Keep up the wonderful work – your body and mind are thanking you. ✨

### 5/5 — Accessible au gens qui commencent

*2026-08-09*

Facile d’utilisation pour ceux qui veulent recommencer à quelques part . Non contraignant et adaptable . Je l’utilise depuis peu , j’espère seulement que tout accès à du contenu ne sera pas $ .

**Developer response:** We're so glad you're finding it easy and adaptable – that's exactly what we hope for! All content is included with your subscription, and you can always check your plan in Profile → Account Settings → Manage My Plan. We're here if you ever need anything. Enjoy the journey!

### 5/5 — I feel it already

*2026-08-08, version 1.0.42*

Day 1 I felt a difference! The movements are well shown and shown efficiently. They are very effective and mixed together nicely.

### 5/5 — I like this app workouts

*2026-07-17, version 1.0.42*

Really easy low impact. I have a lot of imbalances in muscles because I have MS.
I actually want to put in my 20 min a day because I feel good from doing this.
I like that the music isn’t super annoying and jittery and the countdown alarm is peaceful

### 5/5 — First 10min / first day

*2026-07-16, version 1.0.42*

I felt so much better this morning after doing just one day !

### 5/5 — Love Aura

*2026-07-14, version 1.0.42*

I would make a little tweak. Make all the floor exercises at one time. Hard for this 67 year old to get up and down off the floor quickly. Otherwise, love it!!!

### 5/5 — Helped my new co tension a lot

*2026-04-15*

I'm desk worker here. Constant neck tension for years. The exercises are short and simple but they work instantly. Still doing it daily. The only thing I’d add is more progress tracking in the app!

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to write this — and for sticking with the exercises even after years of dealing with neck tension. That kind of daily commitment, especially when you're at a desk all day, is no small thing. We're truly glad the movements bring you quick relief and that you've kept them in your routine. And we really appreciate your suggestion about progress tracking — that's valuable insight, and we're taking note. Small steps like that can make a big difference in staying motivated. Thank you for helping us think about how to improve. With care, The Aura Care Team
