## What is AuraTap?

Rewire stress, release anxiety, and calm your nervous system in 3 minutes with AuraTap AI — the world's first clinical Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping app powered by real-time neural voice guidance.

Why EFT Tapping & Somatic Reset Works:
Published clinical research shows that rhythmic stimulation of the body's 9 meridian acupoints directly down-regulates amygdala hyperactivity, lowering salivary cortisol by up to 43% within minutes.

Key AuraTap Features:
• Real-Time Personalized AI Scripts: Describe your stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or insomnia, and receive a customized clinical EFT script tuned to your emotional state and physical tension location.
• 7 Global Languages & Native Neural Voice: Soothing, therapeutic voice pacing in English (with 4 regional accents), Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Japanese, and Hindi.
• 9-Point Somatic Guidance: Interactive visual coaching through the 9 clinical acupoints (Karate Chop, Eyebrow, Temple, Under Eye, Under Nose, Chin, Collarbone, Underarm, and Crown).
• 432 Hz Vagus Nerve Soundscapes: Acoustic brainwave stabilization frequencies designed to stimulate parasympathetic recovery.
• Daily Somatic Wisdom & Recovery Stories: Daily motivational wisdom, mindset shifts, and habit-tracking streaks.
• SUDS Distress Tracking: Clinically proven Subjective Units of Distress Scale (SUDS) to visualize and record immediate emotional drops from 10 down to calm.
