You can now choose your workout on training days. A new picker at the top of today's workout
  card lets you toggle between all three workouts in your program — Upper Body, Lower Body, and
  Full Body — so you're no longer locked into the scheduled split for the day. Once you complete
  a workout, the card shows a clean "Completed Today" badge. We also added a "See All" link in
  the Recent Activity section that opens your full workout history, and each recent workout is
  now tappable to view its details.

New tiered coin system — earn Bronze, Silver, and Gold for every program. More exercise swaps for Viking, Berserker & Death.
