## What is Aurella Migraine & Aura Log?

Aurella is a calm, private migraine diary built for people whose attacks get waved off as "just headaches." Instead of only logging pain, it turns your own attacks into honest evidence — patterns in your sleep, meals, stress and cycle, with the real numbers behind them.

It's honest about what your data shows. Aurella surfaces a pattern only once it has enough of your own logs, and it says "showed up together," never "caused." No false-precise predictions, no badgering that something is wrong.

When it's time to see a doctor, the Doctor Visit Brief turns your history into a clean summary — attack frequency, headache-days, aura and acute-medication days — plus questions to ask, so you spend less time re-explaining and more time being heard.

Log an attack in one tap: severity, side, aura, the senses that bother you, and whether medicine helped — then add the details whenever you can. Read short, cited reads on sleep, meals, caffeine, movement and supplements, with the evidence grade shown and sources you can check. Safety notes are always free.

Everything is grounded in the American Headache Society 2021 Consensus and ICHD-3 — written to inform, never to alarm. Your logs stay on your device; no account, no ads. Take your own data with you as a CSV, or a doctor-ready PDF, whenever you want.

Aurella offers education and self-tracking. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. It names no medicine and gives no dose — always talk to a qualified clinician about your care.

The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
