### 1.2.2 — 2026-10-17

Gift cards: sell or give away gift cards, email them with a QR code, and take them as payment at checkout, in full or in part. Free promotional cards are single use and only one can go on a sale. Turn the feature on under Settings > Rewards Setup.
Two-step verification: protect your account with a code from an authenticator app, with recovery codes and "Remember this device for 30 days". Turn it on under Settings > Account & Security.
Promotional emails: each client now has a "Promotional emails" switch, and every promotional email carries an unsubscribe link.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-10-16

bug fix and performance improvement

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-14

• Work schedules: set each employee's weekly hours, weekends included (owners and admins only).
• Vacations: add time off for an employee. Nothing can be booked for them on those days.
• The calendar now runs from 7 AM to 10 PM. When you pick an employee, their days off, vacation days and non-working hours are shaded.
• Booking outside an employee's working hours now warns you first, and you can still choose "Book anyway".
• Employees whose accounts are locked no longer appear when you book an appointment

### 1.1.3 — 2026-10-13

New in 1.1.3
• Sales: when you add or edit a sale, the Employee list now shows only team members whose account is active. Employees who have been locked out no longer appear. Past sales still show the name of the employee who made them.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-10-11

Calendar & Appointments
Book, change, cancel and check out appointments in Day and Week views. Check Out starts a sale pre-filled from the visit, and each appointment shows the client's history of completed, cancelled and missed visits.

Arrange the app your way
Press and hold a tab on the bottom bar, or a tile in Settings, then drag it where you want it. On iPhone, More > Arrange tabs lets you choose which tabs sit on the bar. Your layout is remembered on your device.

Money & reports
• Who Owes What: see every outstanding balance and record a payment right from the sale.
• Reports: profit and loss, tax by rate, sales by employee, and top clients and items, with CSV export (for business owners).
• Customize the appointment reminder email in Document Templates.
• Consent form PDFs now include both signatures
